SD07 MIDI Filter

The SD07 filters (passes or drops) incoming MIDI messages according to a criteria that you can choose. You can choose the channel number and choose between 11 different types of MIDI messages to allow to pass to the output using the switches in the module.

 

If a MIDI message passes through the filter it will be sent to the MIDI out. If the message is dropped, it will be sent to the Drop Out. This allows the module to also be used as a two way router!!

 

Most of the controls and functions are self explanatory. We will describe only the ones that aren’t straight forwards.

 

Poly AT: Polyphonic After-touch.

Chan AT: Channel After-touch.

Transport: Start, Continue, Stop, Active Sensing and Reset messages

Clock / MTC: Clock and MIDI Time Code messages.

 

Also setting the channel number to AL will allow all channels to pass through.
